When youre ready, inhale, rock your pelvis forward, and
inflate the balloon. Stop and hold your
breath throughout. Quickly flatten your back against the floor, and pretend that youre lifting the balloon up into your chest. Now reverse: arch your back and push the balloon back down into your belly. Continue rocking your pelvis and lifting and pushing the balloon vigorously between the two cavities for as long as you can hold your breath.
