Gustine Avenue was indicated as a primary area of concern for the neighborhood. Because this corridor is an area
of concern, it is recommended the following improvements be made on Gustine in the initial phase of
implementing neighborhood improvements. The goal of these recommendations is to slow traffic and enhance
pedestrian safety.

Morganford Road is identified as the second highest priority corridor within the neighborhood, thus it is
recommended improvements be made on this corridor within the second phase of plan implementation. It should
be noted the end of Ward 15 is the centerline of Morganford, so any improvements may be split and coordinated
with Alderman Vollmer.
