THE FIRST THREE WEEKS FOLLOW P90X CLASSIC, BUT WITH INCREASINGLY MORE DIFFICULT CARDIO DAYS.
WEEK FIVE IS A SUPER INTENSE CARDIO SHREDDER WEEK. THIS IS MEANT TO TOTALLY DECIMATE ANY FAT
LEFT AFTER THE RECOVERY WEEK AND SHOCK THE METABOLISM WHILE PREPARING FOR ANOTHER THREE
WEEKS OF STRENGTH ROUTINES. THERE ARE ALSO SOME GOOD ABDOMINAL/CORE WORKOUTS IN THESE
WEEKS.
THE NEXT TWO WEEKS ARE P90X PLUS WEEKS WITH INSANITY CARDIO FOR THE SECOND WEEK. THERE IS A
CARDIO RECOVERY WORKOUT THROWN IN, BUT DON’T LET THE NAME FOOL YOU.
THE NEXT TWO ARE IDENTICAL WEEKS OF INSANITY X. THIS IS BASICALLY A P90X PHASE II, WITH INSANITY
CARDIO. I WANTED TO INCORPORATE THE BACK/BICEPS AND CHEST/SHOULDERS/TRICEPS ROUTINES IN THIS
PROGRAM. I ALSO THINK P90X PLUS IS LACKING IN LEG SO LEGS/BACK MAKES ANOTHER APPEARANCE. I PUT
CARDIO RECOVERY IN THESE TWO WEEKS AS WELL.
ANOTHER RECOVERY WEEK FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER SHREDDER WEEK BRINGS US TO THE FINAL PHASE.
ONE ON ONE- X, ONE ON ONE -PLUS, AND ONE ON ONE -INSANITY SHOULD BE SELF EXPLANATORY BY NOW.
RECOVERY WEEK THREE SETS US UP FOR A FINAL, FAT BLAZING SHREDDER WEEK.
THIS WEEK FEATURES VERY INTENSE CARDIO AND AB SCORCHING CORE ROUTINES.
THIS PROGRAM OFFERS A SOLID FOUNDATION AND PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITY FOR MUSCLE CONFUSION.
