himself that we might have life. I do my part to make a better
world. I am a leader. I am responsible. I lead to serve others.
O Listen to understand before talking
O Look for opportunities to be of service to others and am
committed to the growth of people
O Work with enthusiasm and to the best of my ability
O Admit mistakes without making excuses
O Am ready and willing to clear up misunderstandings

Dig = Emptiness
Students are aware of what a dig is. It is a
comment/action that does not build a
person up but pulls them down to be less
than.
O Students recognize sarcasm can be a
dig, gossip as a dig, smack talk as a dig,
ignoring as a dig, hitting as a dig, making
fun of as a dig, exclusion as a dig.

Do you dig less often?

Dignity = Self-Worth
Dignities are statements/actions that help
build the person at their core. It is finding
the inner gifts that a person has and
acknowledging them. It is also an act of
pure kindness with genuine intent for the
person.
Are you giving dignity more than you
were at the beginning of the school
year?

Dig 2 Dignity
If there is a dig , there will be two
dignities.
Are you doing this in your classes?
Are you doing this when there isnt an
adult to remind you?

I Believe
The I believe statement is used when there is
opportunity to reach the highest ideal, the
highest expectation.
It is a chance for us to self-regulate our
thinking and actions to do what is caring, just,
and wise.
Reflect upon your current situation, what
do you believe is the highest ideal, the
highest expectation at this moment?
