- Eurazeo Capital focusing on companies with an enterprise value greater than 150/200m
such as Accor, Moncler, Elis, Europcar, Foncia, Desigual, Fintrax, Asmodee
- Eurazeo Croissance investing in fast-growing companies such as Prt dUnion, Vestiaire
Collective, PeopleDoc
- Eurazeo PME dedicated to majority investments in SMEs with an enterprise value less than
150/200m such as Dessange International, Lon de Bruxelles, Colise, Flash Europe,
- Eurazeo Patrimoine dedicated to fixed assets invesments
Eurazeo is also recognised for its strong corporate department (HR, CSR, Treasury, Audit,
Controlling,) that strongly support holding companies in their transformation strategy. The intern will
be reporting to the head of controlling.
Key contributions:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Contribution to financial analysis & modelling
- Eurazeo Capital: be integral part of the financial publication (creating reporting, synthesis,)
- Build new analysis needed: Profitability, Working Capital, respect of financial covenants,
- Financial Planning & Analysis Eurazo PME, Croissance, Patrimoine:
Performance Management:
- Assist investment teams to assess monthly performance
- Adapt Eurazeo Capital reporting tool for other investment teams
Change Management:
- Build a training program (schedule & content)
- Train Eurazeo teams on new reporting tool
- Assist Head of Management Control to implement / train teams of holding companies
Profile:

- 2 / 3 year student in a top-ranked Business / Engineering School
- Finance Basics
- Minimum duration: 3-6 months
- Good communication skills
- Autonomy and multi-tasking
- Curiosity and good team spirit
- Any nationality, good level of English and French
- Microsoft Office tools (Excel / Powerpoint / Word)
- Compensation: 1,900 / month + discretionary bonus at the end of the internship period
