    COUR PERMANENTE D’ARBITRAGE PERMANENT COURT OF ARBITRATION I-UAE 35970 RE: PCA CASEN?2009-10 SUZAN ISMAIL, INTERNATIONAL OFFICE FOR MILLENIUM DECLARATION INITIATIVES ‘UNITED ARAB EMIRATES The International Bureau of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (“PCA”) presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in ‘The Hague and writes in response to the Embassy's note, dated April 20, 2010, requesting an extension of time for the relevant authorities of the United Arab Emirates to provide comments on the documents in the above captioned-arbitration transmitted to the Embassy on April 7, 2010. ‘The PCA hereby renews its invitation for any comments the Government of the United Arab Emirates may have regarding the previously-transmitted documents and if possible would appreciate receiving the Government's comments by Monday, May 3, 2010.
