Copenhagen Greens 51% of food consumed in the citys public institution is organic, 23%, by the public which is a world record. The water in the Copenhagen harbor is clean enough for swimming and public baths, this level of water safety and cleanliness is unusual for any major city. Copenhagen has reduced their overall Co2 emissions by 25% since 1990. This is due mainly to a swtch from fossil fuels to natural gas. 90% of all contruction waste is recycled and 75% of all household waste is incineratedcreating energy for district heating and electricity, wasting nothing. We don’t have to be Copenhagen to think like Copenhagen. Our future depends on it.
