Attached please find the draft proctor schedule for the January regents exams.
On this schedule is the exam and possible proctors, the number of students
sitting for the exam (that we know at this time), the schedule for scoring the
exams, and the number of substitutes needed for each day. Please review
keeping in mind that substitute teachers are limited. See Jeff, Pat or myself at
your convenience with comments.

Looks good. Before you put it out to the teaching staff, are you going to put in
the names of the teachers that will get the 30-45 minute blocks of time?
Remember that some teachers travel and some are part time. Not sure if that
effects this.
