Bugs/Need clarification

Bugs:

Area: Icon testing

Step 5: Right panel icons are not shaded with orange background on selection - Failed

Area: Toolbar

step 1: If patient chart is Open and nothing documented, on selecting file chart its taking
to face sheet on second click on file chart then its taking to open Encounter - still in
development

Step 3: Send Chart Dialog is not displaying.-- fixed in 20/Oct Build

Step 20: Tool tip is not displaying (As per the test case), Required clarification: Will the
tool tip display only for icons pointed by arrow symbol instead of hand symbol? -- fixed
in 20/Oct Build

Need Clarification:

Some active icons are shaded with orange background with out selection.
(6_NoSelection_filled with Orange.bmp)
Note: One icon is selecting in each section, is this requirement? -- Treated as defect and
fixed in 20/Oct Build

General Area:

1. Auto refreshes the pages based on the patient and desktop buttons- Development In
Progress

2. White frame around the icons in tool bar -- Clarified - White frame around is correct.

3. Page Refresh on Cancel Contact -- Fixed working fine in 20/Oct build -- Closing the
chart and going back to Open encounters page.

4. Tool tip displays as “Result Summaries” instead of “Results Summaries” -- Solved,

Test case modified.
