critical thinking, decryption powers, attentiveness, sharpness and above all, to
test your worth for the much bigger act which is yet to come.

2. There are 5 questions to answer. All the questions carry points.

1. The murderous husband:

Mr. Rahul Bagchi, an IPS Officer, stabbed his wife after he came to know that his wife
has an affair with her colleague. He then removed all the evidences very carefully and
dropped the body at a distance from the highway. Some passers-by found the body and
informed the CSI team. The CSI team came and the head of the team, Mr. Sagar Kumar
identified that the body was of his friend's wife as they met earlier in a party. He then
called Rahul and said, "Hi Rahul, I don't know what to say but we found your wife's
dead body. Can you come quickly? After half an hour Rahul reached there. But CSI
team arrested him without least delay. Can you deduce how they came to know that
Rahul was the murderer?

2. A Case of fake Photo:

On 27th January, 2016 Mr. Bradley Anderson goes to the Royal Academy of Arts in
London and shows them the following
picture:
He claims that this picture of the sinking of
the Titanic was one of the original Pictures
taken by his grand-father Mr. Harry
Anderson, a survivor of the Titanic
Accident. The authority sends this picture to
the specialist for checking and they
immediately claimed that this is not an
original photograph.
Can you observe and figure out why experts said this photo was not taken on that
occasion?

3. The Great game:

A famous sculpture of Julius Caesar has been stolen from a museum. The thief, being a
cryptic lover, has left these clues behind.
I have left the painting somewhere within the city.

The letter found alongside was which is supposed to give the location of the painting.

4. Mysterious death in office:

Phase I:
Victim: Mr. Tarun Bansal, executive manager of Spectrum Chemical Supplies.
Place: Mr. Bansals room, Office of Spectrum Chemical Supplies, Barrackpore.
Time: Security guard and colleagues heard gunshot and found victim dead at around
4.30 P.M.

CSI was contacted, they reached the venue at 5 P.M. and took the following photos of
the crime scene:

The following bottles of chemicals were found in a locked glass shelf in

a store room adjacent to Mr. Bansals room.

5. The Art of Stealing:

Ms. Shipra is a renowned scientist in TIFR, Mumbai. She recently discovered a new way
of gaining huge energy from the water-current at a much lower cost. Considering its future
application, many companies were after her research paper. She finally decided to file the
patent. On 4th February, 2016 she visits the Indian Patent Office in Mumbai. After 3
minutes of submitting the paper, one officer in the office found that the main paper is
missing. Everybody including who were present in office and who entered and left the
office during that period were body-searched but paper was not found.
