Raising the Bar Creating an Exceptional Experience for the Executive VIP
As companies heighten their focus on attracting and retaining key talent, the need for
exceptional care of Executives throughout the mobility process becomes increasingly
critical. In response to this, SIRVA has introduced an Executive VIP Program designed to
meet the unique needs of these very important Transferees/Assignees. This session will

Understanding the Full Meaning of Duty of Care


When considering Duty of Care, organizations often focus solely or primarily on their
legal obligation to protect their employees health and well-being. However, the
concept of Duty of Care extends to additional areas such as moral and social
responsibility, particularly when individuals are working or traveling outside of their
home country. During this session, we will review and discuss the various aspects of
Duty of Care. In addition, we will provide a framework for evaluating the various factors
that should be considered when developing an approach to this important
