submissionof applicationwith a non refundableDemandDraft.lPay orderamounting
to Rs. 5,000/- (RupeesFive ThousandOnly) in favor of National Highway
Authority, Islamabad being cost of the bidding documents.Alternativelybidding
documentscan also be downloadedfrom NHA websiteand submittedto the under
mentionedaddressalonswith the abovementionedfee.

Pre-bid meeting will be held on 14thJanuary 2014 at 1100 hours in NHA

Auditorium,28-MauveArea, G-gll,Islamabad.The biddersare advisedto visit the
sitebeforeattendingthe pre-bidmeeting.

The bids shall be received in the office of GeneralManager (P&CA), 28-Mauve Area,
G-gll,Islamabad on 28th January 20L4 until LL30 hours. The envelopecontaining
Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of
bidder's representativeswho chooseto attend. Second envelope containing Financial
Bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later, the date of which will be
communicatedafter evaluation of the Technical Bids.

Bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting to Rs. 45 Million (Rupees

Forty Five Million only) in the form mentioned in the bidding documents valid for
148 daysfrom the date of submissionof bids.

7.

The firms providing unsubstantiatedand /or incorrect information are liable to legal
action and lor disqualification.
