Approval required for Vehicle Maintenance

This is to inform you that Mr. Shahid has been appointed as the Transport Officer.
The objective behind this is to keep proper maintenance records of all company
vehicles; this will in turn ensure that the movement of all vehicles is trouble free. As
you are all well aware that we are still in the development phase and are working
towards streamlining all the current processes; thus your cooperation in this regard
is mandatory. It has been observed and reported that many employees incur vehicle
maintenance expenses without any prior approval or without informing Mr. Shahid.
This is creating difficulty in the proper maintenance and upkeep of vehicle records,
as a result of which certain irregularities are arising in vehicle data management.
Therefore, you are all requested to take approval in writing from the transport
officer so that a proper record is maintained.
