Lead large sized projects from order intake till site delivery and coordinate in

stallation commissioning activities of service personnel as required per the con

tract
Responsible for co-ordination with factories and engineering to develop engineer
ing design and documentation
Responsible for all customer documentation including engineering drawings, inspe
ction and test plans, and other submittals as required
Manages placement of orders on sub suppliers
Expediting and follow-up from sub-suppliers
Coordinate shipment with support from logistics and plants

Define business requirements for project development and improvements.

Prepare project proposals including budget planning.
Develop and track project schedules.
Work closely with customers and interface with other internal teams.
Identify customer issues, both tactical and strategic, and communicate them
to the rest of the team to ensure customer satisfaction and that business requir
ements are met.
Provide and support the strategic/tactical direction on the work packages to
project staff.
Provide the senior management team with delivery progress reports, budget an
d forecast variances, and personnel issues and resolutions.
Coordinate work between the various local and international teams to ensure
that all requests for service are evaluated against existing contractual obligat
ions for incremental revenue opportunities, planning, and change orders.
Maintain appropriate metrics and reporting processes as required, evaluate a
nd validate problems and drive problem resolution.
