    1) PGCB technicians came to perform tests on the main transformer but were only able to complete some of the required tests. Several tests still need to be done including close circuit checks, harmonics blocking, breaker failure remote trips, and DC earth fault testing. 2) EGCB was not invited to witness functional testing of relays, transformer self-protection tests, or various transformer tests including short-circuit, open-circuit, magnetic balance, and insulation resistance. 3) The scheduled date for back energizing the transformer is February 23rd but several required tests mentioned in points 1 and 2 are still outstanding. Confirmation of the back energization date is being requested after review.
