Instructional Design for Training and Development During a semester-long team project applied the
instructional design process to a performance problem in an H&R Block branch struggling to sell a specific
product. Developed a training plan and material to improve employee sales and achieve expected goals.
Design and Management of E-learning Also a semester-long team project, applied the instructional design
process to build a respiratory protection course for Pacific Drilling using Articulate Storyline 2. This is a
mandatory course to be taken by new-hires working on oilrigs in multiple locations worldwide.
