COMMENTS & RECOMMENDATIONS

Conquer the Asean market(AFTA members - Brunei,
Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand,
Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam). increase
export of manufactured cars!
Be independent : collaborate with strategic partners who
will provide technologies for:
a) Improving quality: apply strict control over their suppliers in
means of timing and quality level
b) Decrease COST.

COMMENTS
Proton had been disguised by Perodua and
perception of Malaysian although it has
proven major changes in their production
RECOMMENDATION
Proton should start to plan the idea of Tun. M the
chairman to bulid a plant in Bangladesh and
start to produce left hand drive cars.

THE END
