Culinary Professor | George Brown College | September 2013 Present
Hired as Full Time Culinary Professor for George Brown Chef School, May 2014
Responsible for five Food and Beverage outlets within the AGO, including the
acclaimed FRANK Restaurant, Caf AGO, AGO Kitchens Catering and Special Events,
AGO Members lounge, and Galleria Italia Espresso Bar.
Led and oversaw Transformation AGO food and beverage outlet design and
renovation from 2007 to 2009.
Prior to Transformation AGO, responsible for all food and beverage outlets including
Agora Restaurant and AGO Special Events.
Chef Instructor | George Brown Chef School | September 2007 - May 2009
George Brown Chef School, part time Culinary Instructor, demos and labs.
In collaboration with Chef Owner Donna Dooher, designed, opened and operated a 60seat dining room, receiving critical acclaim, and on going success.
Chef Instructor| George Brown Chef School | September 1994 - May 1995
Part time instructor of continuing education evening classes for introductory small
quantity cooking.
This 40-seat restaurant provided the opportunity to function in every capacity of the
kitchen, working all stations, while developing management skills.
Promoted from Grill Cook to Saucier. Responsible for preparation, line production and
finished plate presentation of all grill and sauce items.
