Responsible for five Food and Beverage outlets within the AGO, including the
acclaimed FRANK Restaurant, Caf AGO, AGO Kitchens Catering and Special Events,
AGO Members lounge, and Galleria Italia Espresso Bar.

Food and Beverage Annual Revenues: $8 - 10M

Led and oversaw Transformation AGO food and beverage outlet design and
renovation from 2007 to 2009.

Prior to Transformation AGO, responsible for all food and beverage outlets including
Agora Restaurant and AGO Special Events.

Promoted from Grill Cook to Saucier. Responsible for preparation, line production and
finished plate presentation of all grill and sauce items.
