Explain how to build positive self-concept

Lesson Plan Format
Write on one side of the board Positive Self-Concept & Negative Self-Concept. Pass out index cards that have a positive
or negative statement about self-concept and self-esteem. Have students come up to the board and tape their index card
to the side they think their statement belongs.

For homework, students will complete the Self-Concept Journal
