1. Students are allowed to work in small groups as long as they do not get loud and finish all the work.
Every one of the students must answer all the questions.
2. Students are not allowed near the teachers desk, nor her personal paperwork
3. 3 minutes before the bell ring for each period, the students must check for paper or trash left behind and
they must pick it up. If they have left their area full of dirt they must sweep it.

I Answer:
1. How is a scientific law different from a theory and from a hypothesis?
2. What are the features (characteristics) of each one of the layers of the mantle?
3. What does the core has to do with the magnetic field?
II- Draw a diagram of the Rock Cycle. In it explain each step involved
III- Name each kind of fossil, describe it and write an example for each one
IV- How do scientist measure how old are rocks? (C.4 lesson 2)
V- How can rock layers change? (C.4 pgs 150-151)
VI- Go to page 154 and explain the do the math! section. Answer the two math problems
VII- Summarize pg. 161
VIII- How do continents move? Describe the processes involved
IX- Explain the diagram on p. 183
X- What happens in each of the plate boundaries?
