I am writing to formally notify you of my resignation from my position as Nurse I.
I was recently offered an opportunity to work within my hometown and to pursue my masters
degree, and for almost three years of not being there for my family- physically, I have decided to
take the offer. I would like to inform you that my resignation would be effective March 15, 2016.
My time with JM Medical Makati has been one of the best highlights of my life. I will forever
treasure the friendship Ive had with everybody. It has been a pleasure to be part of this family. I
cannot thank you enough for all of the opportunities and learning Ive had with your good
company.
I would appreciate your support and understanding, regarding this matter. Please let me know if I
can be of any assistance during the last few weeks of my time here.
