. No segregation or barricading
between vehicles and pedestrian
at parking area.
. Same entrance and exit route
for pedestrians and vehicles.

. Storage of diesel beside
generator.

more high than table required.
Risk: Musculoskeletal disorder,

masonry pieces present due to
repairing work in office.

and trip.
8. Dust: On 2nd floor near stair
passage crash, sand and cement
present and causing dust.

asthma and eye irritation.

fatigue due overload of work.
