A Brief Report on Ph.D Viva Voce Examination conducted by Dr.K.

Suguna

On 17th July, 2014, Ph.D., viva voce examination was conducted by the External
Examiner Dr.K.Suguna, Professor, Dept. of Management Programme, CMR Institute of
Management Studies, Bangalore at KAM Conference Hall in Gobi Arts & Science
College, Gobichettipalayam, Erode. In the Viva voce examination, Supervisor of the
Ph.D Candidate Dr.N.Sakthivel welcomed gathering and introduced the External
Examiner to the participants of Viva voce examination. After that, External Examiner
Dr.K.Suguna Initiated the Viva voce examination proceedings. External Examiner gave a
brief introduction about the study Production, Marketing and Human Resource
Practices in

Coir Units: A Study in Thanjavur District, Tamilnadu and listed out

the highlights of the study. After her introduction speech, External Examiner asked the
Candidate Mr.N.Vasudevan to present his study in a brief manner.
After Mr.N.Vasudevans presentation, External Examiner raised the questions asked by
foreign examiner and her own questions. After that, Dr.KSuguna asked the participants to
raise their questions for clarifications. In this session candidate Mr.N.Vasudevan
answered all questions raised by the participants with their fullest satisfaction. After the
question session, Dr.K.Suguna concluded the Viva voce examination. In the concluding
