May your mind not be clouded by pride, for it will deceive
and knock you off the righteous path. Do not wait.

O, warriors of Islam! The time has come for

you to endure. Weakness and cowardice
lead to dishonor, but the one who stands, deserves
the help of Allah. The one who
endures the blows of the sword, will be
glorified, and his work will be rewarded,
when he comes before the Lord. Verily,
Allah loves the persistent.
When Halid was passing by one of the
regiments, a young man from a group of soldiers
noted: There are so many Romans, and so few of us!
Halid turned to him and said: There are
so few Romans, and so many of us! The strength
of an army isnt in the number of soldiers, but in the help
from Allah, and its weakness is in being forgotten by Allah.
The Holy Prophet kept a tradition of reading
a chapter from the Quran entitled al-Anfal before a battle,
and that night, everywhere Muslims were sitting,
alone or in groups, you could hear the ayats from this chapter

a battle and it is hateful for you. And maybe
you hate something , but it is

Abu-Bakr said to Iazidi ibn Abu Suoryanu (
may Allah be happy with him): I have designated
you to be the commander, in order to test
you, and if you handle this well, I will leave you in
that post and increase you further,
and if you do not handle it well, I will relieve you
of this duty.
Be God-fearing, because Allah
sees everything that is inside of you, as
clearly as your outside. The person closest
to Allah is one who gets closer to
to him through his actions.
The Almighty says: And we will most certainly
test you, in order to find out (who) among you

Mudzhahed always returns to battle,
but not because he is stubborn. Mudzhahed
remembers the words of one warrior:
There was a time, when I listened to stories
about someones courage. There was a time when I
simply lived, only because
I had to live. And now I live because
I am a warrior, and because someday
I want to stand before the One, for Whom
I fought so much
Mudzhahid said: O Allah, You see
everything! Everything is for you! And my reward is with you!
Difficulties
Allah (S.W.T.) said: And we will most certainly
test you with something (such as) fear,
hunger, and loss of property, people, children,
(but) bring joy to the patient (The Cow, 155).
And Mudzhahed does not ask others for permission
to swing his sword, and simply takes it
into his hands.

Victory

believe! If you help Allah, then He

Righteous Path and Truth is with him.
Hatred:
* Allah (S.W.T.) says: Muhammad, the messenger
of Allah, and those who are with him, are severe
in relationship to the unbelievers, and merciful between
themselves (Victory, 29)

*The Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) asked: What is the best
activity? He answered:
faith in Allah and His Messenger. He was
asked: And after that? He answered:
Battle on the path to Allah
*** Friends ask mudzhahid, where does he
draw all of his energy from? From faith in the
boundless mercy of Allah (S.W.T.) toward
his slave, that He will not leave him without
help and support on His Righteous Path.
And that with the mercy of Allah (S.W.T.) you
can overcome this whole world
by yourselfhe answers. This faith is the source of
strength for mudzhahed

** Mudzhahid spent a long time dwelling in a dream
and is now slowly waking up, and getting used to
the light of Truth. The light no longer scares
him and he accepts the Righteous Path, though

O you who believe! What is the matter with
you, that when you are asked to go forth in the
cause of Allah [Jihad] you cling heavily to this
earth? Do you prefer the life of this world to
the Hereafter? but little is the comfort of this
life, as compared with the Hereafter.

2. I worship not that which you worship.
3. Nor will you worship that which I worship
4. And I shall not worship that which you are worshipping.
5. Nor will you worship that which I worship.
6. To you be your religion, and to me my religion

the constriction of this world, to the vastness
of this world and the afterlife. To free you
from the oppression of religions to the
Justice of Islam.

O. O Allah, do not send us trials that

we are not strong enough to handle, and do not trust
us to our souls, for even a moment!

O. O Allah, give us patience and fear before You,

so that we do not fear anything or anyone
except You!

O. O Allah, free us completely from our attachment

to life on earth, and bring our hearts
closer to the hereafter! O Allah, give the mudzhahid
everything they require, increase their
ranks, fortify their spirit and unify them!
