in the end of the movie Tora! Tora! Tora! as a dramatic end. The quote was also

copied and used at the end of the movie Pearl Harbor. One value of this quote is

now know about the atomic bombs dropped in Nagasaki and Hiroshima, but in
the movie the people did not know and therefore foreshadows what will happen if

misinterpreted view of the Japanese after the attack. For example this quote lets

Japanese view. But the main problem with this it that it gives us false idea of what
might have been thought by the Japanese. Overall this is a false representor of
the war and its consequences and could lead to false interpretations, though very
accurate in foreshadowing events.

happened at the attack and it has the list of deaths and injured. On the other
hand one limitation of this piece is that it was from the perspective of the
Americans. The article might have been exaggerate and changed, so that the
citizens find the situation much worse than it is and also to make them hate
Japan. This article might have been used as a piece of propaganda, to make
Americans join the war. One limitation of this newspaper is, that it does not have
the exact amount of deaths, because it was published right after the attack and
now it is known that not only six people died during the attack. One value on the
other hand would be that it was published right after the attack, telling the reader
how much this attack influenced the Americans. Overall this is a biased article,

but a very informative one, but it wouldnt

be great, to study the attack, because it is
not one hundred

the attack, the
United States of America wanted its
population to buy
bonds, so that they would buy more weapons to fight against the axis powers.
The poster used children, because more people felt bad for children then is there
would have been adults. Also most families owned children and the people felt
sorry for all the children growing up without a dad, because he was killed during
the attack on Pearl Harbor. The poster says Remember Pearl Harbor this might
mean that the poster wants the view to donate money, because they all believed
that the attack was unfair. One limitation of the poster, is that once again it is
very one sided and makes it look like Japan were the bad guys, but America also
played a major role in the attack. Another limitation of the poster, is that it looks
like Americans were so sad after the attack and that they were innocent little
children, nevertheless America very quickly got revenge and the Japanese were
never asked how they felt. Overall I think the poster is very biased and very
inaccurate when used in school, nevertheless it is a very good representor of
propaganda and its effect.

they took to get there. The map has a key,
explaining which lines represent which
plane. This makes it very easy for the view
to understand the map. One value of this
map is that it does not only show Pearl
Harbor, but how they flew over the whole island before bombing. Another value is
that the map also includes very important bases such as Wheeler Airbase,
Hickam Airbase and Kanoehe Airbase. This shows the reader, that the Japanese
not only destroyed some of the biggest ships, but also attacked the airbases, to
destroy many American planes. One limitation of this is that it doesnt show how
they attack Pearl Harbor as a close up. Nevertheless the viewer can clearly see
where Pearl Harbor is situated. With the map, the reader can clearly identify, that
it was a planned route and that not all of the attacks where at once, but in waves,
which is even more unexpected. Overall the map is a unbiased source and simple
to understand and it is very easy for the viewer to understand what is happening.
In addition to that if one does not know anything this map clearly shows the main
information about the attack, accept the cause and consequences, which could
also be viewed as a limitation.
