Dear Debbie
I would like to thank you for your mail concerning the planned information meeting on 26th November
2015 at the Danish Acquisition and Logistic Organization where information from the Joint Strike
Fighter Programme Office on maintenance and sustainment structures in Europe will be shared with
Danish industry.
The planned meeting is taking place within the framework of the Joint Strike Fighter Programme to
which Denmark is a long time partner and is not being carried out as part of the Danish down selection
process.
I note your concern with regard to fair and equal competition in the process for selecting the new
Danish fighter aircraft, but I can assure you that we always have - and will continue to have - full
attention to these basic principles. The New Fighter Program will continue to adhere to the principle of
equal treatment, as stated in the Danish Request for Binding Information from April 10, 2014.
I have asked the Danish Acquisition and Logistic Organization to provide you with a more
comprehensive answer on the nature of the information meeting.
