Twitter was our most valuable asset in order to
inform our existing audience of new information,
as well as develop brand awareness.
Our twitter account incurred a 25% increase in
followers during the lead up to the 2014
conference.
Due to the short life-span of a tweet, we utilized
twitter daily in order to give quick updates, host
countdowns, hype information releases, and post
relevant sport business news.

Due to the difficulty in usage and tracking
Instagram, we did not use it heavily to promote
the conference.
However, we did have a good reception among
followers when platform was utilized for the
theme release campaign.
