The important factors to maintain coffee beans are several such as temperature, light,
air and humidity.
quickly.
Dont keep coffee in refrigerator because coffee will absorb food odor, taking
coffee container in and out from refrigerator several times will lead to humidity.
Grinding coffee beans to stock should not exceed more than one month; the
shop should grind suitable quantity of coffee beans for consumers.
