Here are some general guidelines for developing your research project.
1. Develop your proposed research project on a
topic of interest.
2. There is no required length for this report; it
should be of sufficient length to adequately
cover your thoughts and your plans for
application of those thoughts.
a. The pages should be double-spaced and
have 1 margins on all sides.
b. References are required, and references
should be listed and conform to the American Psychological
Association (APA) guidelines for citations and the listing of
references.
3. Finished research project papers are to be submitted to the instructor
for grading and feedback via the SafeAssign Link in Blackboard.
There is a specific outline below for you to follow when writing your
research project. (See Part J, topics 75-82 in our text for further specifics.)
Also, you may wish to take a look at the rubric for this project, which can
be found in the Course Documents tab.
Please describe your project in sections as outlined below. (Refer to the
Assignment Rubric for specific details.) Use the headings, which have
been provided. Double space your report and indent the first line of each
paragraph. (Note: The following example is single spaced to minimize the
length of these instructions.)
