Rationale:

Pursuant to the mandate of AO No. 46, directing all heads of departments and
agencies to implement measures to facilitate budget execution for fiscal year (FY) 2015
and the subsequent years, a Full Time Delivery Unit (FDU) in every agency was
created. In compliance thereto, DARPO Negros 2 established the Technical Working
Group intended to carry out the functions expected from the Full time Delivery Unit
(FDU).
Moreover, In view of the upcoming 2016 National Elections, a Transition Plan from the
department is ordered to be handed over to the next administration. Hence, the
province will conduct a conference with all the members of the FDU Technical Working
Group in order to plan out and prepare the needed transition plan and comply with the
directives from the DAR Central Office.
Objectives:
At the end of the conference, the following objectives will be attained:
-Write shop and preparation of the Transition plan;
-Presentation of the transition plan from different divisions using the new format from
the Central Office;
-Critiquing of the Transition plan and modification of the same;
-Discussion of various issues and concerns relative to the transition plan.
