    I am one of the teachers of Division of Nueva Ecija who read your request to our
    Division Superintendent, about the FREE Training to be conducted by your office on
    January 14 15, 2015.
    With regards to this information, I submit my letter of intent to join the said activity.
    As a coach and trainer for athletics, I would like to add / refresh my knowledge
    about the latest rules in athletics.
