An Overview of the Cell Cycle and Genetic Disorders
Mitosis and meiosis is the fundamental concept of how our
bodies survive and reproduce. For this project we will discuss the
fundamental concepts of the cell cycle and apply these concepts to
genetic disorders. The reason why this topic is important is due to how
with the knowledge of the cell cycle and with its connections to genetic
disorders, information about this can not only help people make better
diagnosis about genetic disorders but also allow scientists to further
research treatments to help those who have genetic disorders.
