opened my
image into
Photoshop
to begin
with and
started by
adjusting
to the
brightness
of the
image
using the
brightness
tool. In
doing so I
made the
flare of the sun more apparent and stand out more and also the light streaks became more apparent
giving the picture texture and dimension.

ultimately made the font and titles stand out against the colours of the image.

I used the
text tool to
create my
title and
then also
my main
cover line. I
made
duplicate
layers of
the text
and
overlapped
then to
create a
shadow in
the text
which

I changed the colours of the font for the main title because they didnt stand out as much as I would
have liked them and I didnt feel as though they were eye catching enough. I did all of this using
Photoshop.

After using
Photoshop I
saved the
image and
opened it up
into InDesign. I
created the
Puff using the
shape tool and
making a
circular shape
and then filling
it with a solid
grey color that
stood out
against the
images natural
color. To add
detail I made a smaller circle and used a yellow color to add texture. The text was added in in a similar
way as it was in Photoshop using the text tool provided in the software.
