I bought all necessary machines, got
good people, but even though it doesnt work out WHY? Motivation is low and people sometimes working even against each other. What is going on?

We can not sell these big number. In Progress (WIP). They do not care on Cash flow gets low. Profit is minus. What quality because they are paid only for the shall we do? volume. What can we change?
We have many goals and projects, but
Some jobs are done (double work), many somehow I have the feeling it running out not! Co - workers are confused. What in the sand- we do not progress. WHY? does real responsibility mean?
My customer sending me claims. We
