Instructions:
To install pfbackup.exe:
Close all the application on the Computer System.
Double-click the pfbackup.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup
program.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:
Once you have installed pfbackup.exe, complete the following:
Start Outlook.
On the File menu, choose Backup.
A dialog box will get open.

To change the backup options, such as which .PST files to back up, click Options.

Reminder option pleases check mark.

Select how many days after you want to be Reminder.
Make sure that you do every day.
File Location
Please take the backup in different drive (e.g D:\ drive or thumb or pendrive)
Then click OK wait for few seconds the backup will be in process.
This procedure is used for betterment of keeping the outlook safe in case of any
problem related to the computer system.
