Daily Goal: Daily goals will reflect each students strengths and needs. They will align with the objective of the
lesson. This section will be used for all students in the classroom, including those with IEPs. Objectives will be

modified to reflect the level of understanding that each student should gain by the end of the lesson. Objectives will
be broken down into an essential understanding, important to know, and worth being familiar with.
Homework: This section will be used to identify the level of mastery outside of the classroom. This will help guide
our understanding of how the student grasps the material without teacher support. Also it will help show where the
students strengths and needs are when working independently. Homework (which will be modified as needed) will
be recorded as either M for mastery, PM for partial mastery, or I for incomplete.
Classwork: This section will be completed during class to monitor student engagement and ability to work with
their materials. This way we can track how the student learns and works best, as well as which activities/exercises,
accommodations, and modifications are most successful.
Behavior: This section will record positive as well as negative participation, demeanor, and peer interactions. Hard
data will be collected from class dojo points. This way it will track both positive behavior and behavior of concern.
Exit Ticket: Exit tickets will allow us to monitor student mastery of each students daily objective/goal. This data
will be used to track student progress as well as the effectiveness of each lesson.
Notes: This section will give both teachers the space to write down any extra comments, concerns, or helpful
feedback to inform future lessons and relationships with students.
