Provides leadership for organizational development within Libraries & Educational Technologies
(LET).

Promotes informal and formal means to strengthen organizational effectiveness including


communication, collaboration, change management, and retention of organizational
knowledge for an organization of approximately 145 employees.

Provides leadership for adoption and use of technology in support of effective


communication and collaboration.

Provides and coordinates organization-wide professional development to make strategic


improvements to individual, manager, team, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Current activities include developing a supervisor learning community, creating a new


employee orientation program, coordinating a strategic workforce planning process, leading
the adoption of an intranet hosted on SharePoint, and confidential coaching for employees.

Participates in governance of LET through active membership within LET Deans Executive Council,
LET Management Council, the Administration team, and the Librarian Faculty Assembly.

Serves as one of two School of Media Arts and Design (SMAD) co-liaison librarians.

Provides instruction and advanced reference assistance for students and faculty within the
department. Teaches an average of 300 students per year as guest lecturer in class sessions.

Collaborates with SMAD co-liaison to ensure that library collections and services meet the
needs of students and faculty in the liaison department.

design, and statistical analysis professionals.
