nutrition bar Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups of oats
cup cranberries
cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbs chia seeds
cup apple juice
cup canola oil
cup honey
1 egg

Instructions:
combine wet ingredients
combine dry ingredients
mix both together
spray nonstick pan and set
oven to 375 F
press bar mixture into pan
bake 30 minutes
