    ontheirproficiencyindifferenttechnologyareas.Theteachersset
    comegoalsonhowtheywanttoincreasetheirabilitytouse
    technologyinclasses.Theytalkedaboutthepotentialofpairingup
    withanotherclassatadifferentschooltoworkoncurriculumand
    technologytogether.Ilikedhowtheteacherswerebouncingofideas
    ofeachother.Ithelpstheteachershearwhatotherteachersaredoing
    orstrugglingwith,andtheycametogethertohelpeachother.The

    Isatinontwosecondgradeteammeetingsregardingintervention.One
    wasaboutmathandtheotherwascenteredonreading.Itwasinterestingto
    seehowmuchtheteacherscaredaboutthestudentslearning.Ilearnedalot
    abouthowstudentsareplacedintointervention,howtheyareputintotheir
    differenttiers.Thehardestthingwastohearaboutstudentswerehavingto
    beheldbackduetothefactthattheyweren'tonthelearninglevelthatthey
    needtobeon.IwilladmitthatIwasalittlelostduringthesemeetings,there
    wasalotofconfidentialinformationthatIdidn'tandcouldn'tknowabout
    whichhinderedmyabilitytoabsorbeverythingthatisgoingon.Ireally
    valuedtheideathattheteachershavesomuchcareandreallyinvestineach
    studentindividually.Theyknewwhattheindividuallearnerneededand
    wantedtotakestepstohelp.Ireallyappreciatedthemallowingmetocome
    intothismeeting,duetothefactthatitwasconfidentialandItechnically
    wasnotallowed.Itwasgenerallyhardtofollow,becausetheyused
    terminologythatIdidntknowandtechnologythatIwasntfamiliarwith,
