Child-Care Giver Relationships- I am able to talk with all parents, all very caring and are able to
answer questions and are willing to work on whats best for their child.
Observation and Planning-I don't get enough time to plan for my room, sometimes enough time
to observe my children.
Learning Environment- Sometimes the teacher end up talking more about personal life and my
children are put second.
Guiding Children- I try and guide the children as best as possible.
Parent Relationships- Im able to talk with parents about their children and what I see going on.
Health and Safety- I would like to get trained on health and safety, instead of reading and
assuming I know.
Community Involvement- need to communicate more.
