OBJECTIVE
Psychomotor
The student will be able to perform an 8 step count as well as incorporate multiple upper and lower body
movements that increase heart rate during Watch Me, Crank That, and Treasure.
The student will understand the physical fitness benefits of using their upper and lower body in the dance
sequence by answering questions related to personal fitness.
The student will appreciate the importance of social interaction by supporting themselves and others while
participating in the group dance.

Third 8 count: 1-4- spin to the
right, clap. 5-8 spin to the left,

Fourth 8 count: 1-4- arm circle

Fifth 8 count: 1-4- alternating
arms points into a crouch. 5-8
