I was so impressed with Molly, I requested that she be my student teacher for this portion of the fall semester 2015, Ms, Dincher will be receiving a K-12 certification in Health and Physical Education from Penn State University in December 2015. She has successfully completed her time with me exhibiting a wide variety of great teaching and class management skills in 9® grade physical education, Her ability to connect with the students, gaining their respect and cooperation, was outstanding. | appreciated Molly's willingness to teach topics in which she was not totally proficient. She ‘would practice the sport skills and spend endless time online, researching rules and techniques to enable her to teach it to her students. She did a great job breaking the skills down into teachable parts encouraging her students to master new skills as she did. 1 watched Molly's knowledge of physical education increase and allow her to develop into a very, very good teacher.
