The statement, which is studentcentered, outlines the roles and qualities we expect of each stakeholder. The common goal is to educate our children to be useful in the society, have the spirit of caring and sharing, stand firmly by what is right, value education and to get the most out of the school experience. All stakeholders should be aligned horizontally and vertically to ensure that assessment is a trustworthy source of data.

There are many stakeholders in education system each of whom needs to
play his role effectively in order to help all our children learn better and reach their maximum potential. Those stakeholders play various roles and engage at different levels in the education system; but they share the common goal of educating students so that they become successful citizens. Standards and assessment represent only one part of an education system. Other parts of the education system include student, curricula, textbook content, parents, administrators, teachers, society. The statement, which is studentcentered, outlines the roles and qualities we expect of each stakeholder. With this statement there will be a common understanding of the type of partnerships that can be undertaken and how the respective roles can be fulfilled. At the heart of this statement is the ultimate aim of motivating all our children to achieve the desired outcomes of Education. Alignment is also emphasised here; because all stakeholders should be aligned horizontally and vertically. In the following, picture we can see this alignment and engagement: 1. Student: I believe that number one of the stakeholders refers to student since other stakeholder will not succeed without the learner; our education system is students-centered. The common goal is to educate our children to be useful in the society, have the spirit of caring and sharing, stand firmly by what is right, value education and to get the most out of the school experience. 2. Textbook and assessment designers: the curriculum and state standards brought to life through textbooks. The textbook is a major indicator of what to plan; it is also a significant source of planning aids. Assessment also should be aligned horizontally to the standards and vertically to the education policies and student achievement to ensure that assessment is a trustworthy source of data. 3. Teachers: as curriculum implementer since he writes a lesson plan daily, prepares activities for the students to do, promote creativity and innovation in the students, motivate and challenge students, care deeply for the character and moral development of students by word and example, addresses the learners goals and needs by creating experiences from where the students can learn. The teacher as a decision maker enriches and modifies the curriculum to suit the learners developmental stages. Also teacher role is very crucial since the unsuccessful implementation of the curriculum becomes the root of educational failure. 4. Principals: they could be seen as policies translators and implementers. Their role is to organize and add harmony to the education process, lead by example, conveying a deep sense of mission, build a supportive community by forging links with parents, alumni and the community, and facilitate sharing of vision with parents and students. They are also responsible for providing the appropriate environment for learners.
