Teachers are paid S20 an hour. They can work a morning or afternoon shift but only
at one hour intervals. If they work the morning shift, hours are In 6:55 Out 7:55.
They cannot write 7-8am as their contract time begins at 7:55am. If they work the
afternoon shift, hours are In 3:55 Out 4:55. I'll make a sample time record so they
write it correctly. Time records need to be turned into my mailbox by Friday morning
before 8:25am. This gives me time to check time records for accuracy, get Mrs.
Raymond's signature and ready to be entered in Kronos or sent to the Title 1 office
via interoffice mail. I have to manually enter everyone's time in Kronos so it is very
important that their time records are turned in promptly. We are using Special
Projects funding. When the funds are depleted, then I am able to submit to Title 1
for processing.
We will need a sign in sheet for the students. Linda Wheeler created the form last
year.
Students who stay after school will be given a snack. It's a drink and a cookie or
cracker. I will need a student list and count to request snacks for free. I will
complete the document. I attached a sample snack list from last year. If a student
does not want the snack that is fine, but it is only 1snack per student. I have to
return any extra snacks back to the cafeteria with the list of students who received
a snack. Snacks need to be distributed by a teacher so that it is documented.
Teachers who will be tutoring need to complete the attached form before tutorials
start.
