lready large menu. Some new things we want to include are Ajiaco, which is a chi

stry that can be sweet or savory. They are made from beef, chicken and cheese, a
s well as rice and coriander another popular dish that will attract more Columbi
ans. Lastly we want to add a desert called Mazamorra de Maiz. A very unique dese
rt cooked white corn, boiled in water then sweetened with sugar cane and milk is
