OBJECTIVE
Psychomotor
The student will demonstrate muscular strength and endurance, flexibility through body movement, body
composition concepts and aerobic capacity exercises through the fitness stations.
The student will understand spatial awareness by not running into other class mates while participating in
Builders and Bulldozers.
The student will understand the difference between muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, aerobic
capacity and body composition by answering questions during station rotation and closure.
The student will demonstrate team work by completing exercises together in all the fitness stations.

Hello everyone! We are Penn
State students who would like to
become a physical education
teacher just like yours! So we
will be here for a few classes to
teach you. Today we will be
working on fitness. Does anyone

Fitness Stations
#1 Mission Possible
-Station will have a card that
asks students to complete a
mission. In order to complete
the mission, they must
complete 10 steps, 10 sit ups,
10 squats, 20 High Knees, 10
Burpees and a 30 sec. wall sit.

#4 Muscle Hustle
-Students will use a timer to
see how many wall pushups
they can complete in 20
seconds. How many curl-up
catches they can complete in 20
seconds and how many bean
bags they can get into the
#2 Body Spelling
-A list of four letter words will
be written on a piece of paper at
the station. The students must
use their bodies to spell out the
words. The group sees how
many words they can spell.
#3 Hand Hockey
-Students will partner up within
their group. Partners will be 5
feet away from each other in
the upright push-up form. Each
partner set will have a puck or
small gator ball. While in the
pushup position, partner A will
try to shoot their puck through
Partner Bs arms. Then partner B
will do the same. Partners will
see how many successful goals
they can make and write their
score on their handout.
