Create as classroom that facilitates learning Value diversity in how students learn and provide instruction to differentiate for such diversity Reflect on classroom assignments to make sure students are learning all they can with appropriate use of technology and classroom discussions Demonstrate a love for learning Always be there for her students with an open door policy
