- Acclimatizing to tchoukball
Provide students with the opportunity to throw and catch the tchoukball off the rebounders.
Discuss proper throwing and catching technique with students. Also discuss the angles at which
students can throw the tchoukball.

- Modified Gameplay
Rules:
- Boundaries are basketball sidelines and volleyball end lines
- Creases are the basketball three point line OR cones
- Teams have an unlimited number of passes and can throw the ball at either net
- Individuals with the ball only have 3 steps AND only 3 throws per side
- In order to score the team must throw the ball from outside the crease, hit the net, and have the ball
bounce outside of the crease
- The defensive team cannot block a shot or pass, they can save a point by catching the ball
- No one can be in the restricted zone unless they are retrieving a downed ball or jumping from outside
