I have two MSTs in my teaching practices so; I was confused about choosing
one teacher to do the interview. When I asked them, they said if you want,
you can do two interviews with us, but I chose Miss Hanaa; she is from UAE.
She is a math and science teacher in Afra Bint Obaid School. She is teaching
grade one and two sections (three - four). She is friendly and she helps me to
do the best in my TP. I did the interview with her in different days and times
because she was busy. I prepared 17 questions. I divided my questions into
three parts, and I asked her one or two questions in a day. I faced problems
to translate my interview to Arabic language because it takes extra time and
I have already finished the interview in English, but it happens sometimes.
She doesn't know English very much, therefore; I prepared Arabic questions
and asked her. I asked her about her life and classroom management
strategies.
1. What is the most thing did you remember in your teaching
practice?
It was a good training, I remember
everything, but the most thing that I remember was when my MCT came
to evaluate me, I was nervous because it was my first time to teach
students in school when I was in year four. I prefer the way that HCT did it
because when student teacher graduated, they will have different
experiences in different schools.
2. In which college did you graduate and how many years did you
study?
I graduated from Ajman University,
and I studied four years .In these four years, I learnt different strategies
and theories to use them even in teaching and even in my daily life.
3. How many years did you teach and what are the names of the
school that you worked in?
Ive been teaching for three years. In my first year, I was in Khawla Bint
Thalabah then I moved to Afra Bint Obeid. I taught in only three schools,
but I hope to teach in different schools to gain more experience and build
new relationships.
4. How you organize your time between school and home?
I will say teacher give most time for her jobs and does not have enough
time to work in school and prepared for the lesson because that every day
I take my work to my home to finish it. Sometimes I cant sit with my
family because I have many things to do it like prepare for the lesson or to
correct the exam or homework.

how?
Yes, I ban what they like, and I let

two minutes.
