SERVO HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR 1, Actuator hall conform tothe specifications given in Appendix B 2. Vendor shall provide compliance statement (with proof marked / highlighted in the data sheet) along with technical bid. If compliance statement is not provided or not properly filled, it wll be considered that specifications are not met by the vendor. 3. Vendor shall provide an authorization letter from OEM or Indian technical center confirming the authorization, originality of equipment & after sales service support. 4, Model, serial mumber, type, make and range of each servo hydraulic actuator shall be verified before carrying out acceptance test 5. Actuator and foad cell assembly shall be checked forthe ease of assembly / disassembly to carry out maintenance, if necessary, 6. Tune the each servo hydraulic actuator by giving required PID parameters. 7. Actuators shall work with maximum operating frequency of 10 Hz. A demonstration shall be carried out to show its working with eyclic loads. 8 Actuators shall withstand a proof load of 1.S times the nominal load. A load test shall be conducted by user group for this purpose. Each load cell will be powered with 10 VDC using power supply for about 30 reinutes before going for calibration © Each load cel will be loaded up to their rated capacity thrice before carrying out actual calibration The hold period st maximum load during this pre-loading period willbe 1.5, minutes, . 44. Each loud cell shall be calibrated against standard proving ring or master Toad cell which is calibrated in NPL, Delhi. The load cells shall be calibrated in steps of 10% of nominal ‘value, The load values read during calibration sll be recorded and tabulated. The % error against proving ring load (input load) will also be tabulated at each calibration step. The percentage error on input load shall not be more than + 0.15%. ‘The sccuracy class ofthe read out values shall not be more than + 0.15% in accordance with (TS-4169: 1988.
